When a face starts to look like it is sagging, it is almost never one spot: the midface loses support, the lower third drops and the contour goes with it. So before any injection, Dr. Fred reads the face by region. The plan comes from that map and is different for each person.

Three stages, always in this order and always with hyaluronic acid as the only product. The amount is whatever each face asks for, and that is decided in the assessment, not on a price list.
First stageStructural replacement
It gives back the volume time took away, at the points that hold the face up. This is the base. Without it, any other injection is just makeup.
Second stageRepositioning
What dropped goes back into place. This is where the lifting effect comes from, and it is the stage that demands the most anatomical reading.
Third stageEnhancement
The features that were always yours, a little more defined. No excess, and without changing who you are.
What the follow-up looks like, year by year.
Results are not sold by the millilitre and do not end in the first week. After the restructuring there is a follow-up at 60 days, one maintenance a year with about a third of the initial product, and adjustments as life changes. Some patients are in their sixth year. Facial laxity is not solved in one session: it is managed over the years.
